12 Pic/Photo of the TVS 160 C.C "RTR" Apache

Anonymous blogger rearset had been so far teasing by posting photos of the new TVS "RTR" Apache 160 in installments. Here is the complete photo of the new TVS "RTR" Apache 160 posted below.

RTR Apache 160 C.C

New TVS "RTR" Apache 160 C.C

The above picture was scanned from the May 2007 issue of Top Gear Auto Magazine and put up on India's popular biking forum, XBhp.com.

Apart from the Digital Speedometer and the Petal shaped disc brakes which are "new" additions on the RTR Apache 160, there isn't much change in the looks compared to the Apache 150.

Many prospective buyers were put off by the small looks of the apache 150 C.C. One just hopes that the new "RTR" Apache 160 is more longer than the older Apache 150 in flesh.

    Update: 1300 hrs, 23'rd May

Rearset has posted full pics of the RTR Apache 160 on his blog. Find more pics and full specs from his blog.

Rearset has NOW posted FULL pics of the Apache RTR 160 on his blog.. you can check it out.

The wheelbase doesn't seem very different in pics.. but then one cannot also make out from the pics that the earlier Apache 150 looked small. I hope in flesh that Apache RTR 160 looks Big.

This month not only Autocar India but also Overdrive and Top Gear has published first rides of the Apache RTR 160..!! Go grab a copy of either one of them..!!

HI ALL.

THIS IS RAVI>> POOR OWNER OF APACHE. :( I GOT A NEW APACHE FEW MONTHS BACK AND I AM GETTING MILEAGE OF ARROUND 30 - 35 KMS. I CONSULTED ALL THE MECHANICS AND ALL BUT ITS OF NO USE. I WAS SO WORRIED THAT IT MANY TIMES GAVE 28 KMPL ALSO. SO I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU NOT TO CHOOSE APACHE INSTEAD YOU CAN CHOOSE UNICORN. I FEEL THATS THE BEST IN ITS CLASS.

Ravi,

If what you have stated is true then its really unfortunate. But without any proof, your claim lacks credibility.

Let people make their own choices.

Hello. Could you please tell me when tvs intends to launch the rtr,and how much it is likely to cost?

Payeng said...

Hi massimiliano,

nothing yet has come out officially from TVS... but from the buzz that's going around, the RTR would probably be launched within the next 2 months.

The price has also not been announced. But TVS might price the RTR 160 quite close to the segment leader the Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi.

The Game has just begun. Exciting times ahead for Indian bikers..!!
