Pulsar 200NS TV Commercial finally uploaded on the net..
Since its inception in 2001, the TV Commercials of the Pulsar has been one of the major reasons for making it the colossal brand that it has become today. For me the PulsarMania TVC (2008) was the Zenith of all the Pulsar TVC's.
So when a new TVC featuring the Pulsar 200NS is uploaded on the net, I obviously sit up and take notice. Posted below if the embedded video of the latest TVC featuring the Pulsar 200NS.
But honestly I am not impressed. I mean there is nothing in the TVC which would make me go "Wow", nothing that makes me hit the "Replay" button, nothing to give me the "Goosebumps", basically nothing that I have not seen..
I mean this video could have well been the TVC for the CBZ Xtreme (albeit with a classy treatment rather than the cheesy Xtreme treatment).
As someone who adores the Pulsar, I expected more.

Somehow I also felt exactly the same. After watching this in Youtube I clicked the older TVCs. The bike has really matured endlessly but TVCs has grown immature. This reminds me of the Samsung Galaxy S4 launch in USA. The phone is incredible in one word but the launch ceremony was annoying indeed. Anyway good products survives ultimately, but Bajaj should rethink on the TVCs they are airing in terms of brand image.
Watch out the error in execution. At 0:30 you can watch the rear secondary guard is put on all the three motorcycles, but those are missing at 0:55.
Imagine if someone asked them to shoot a movie. The movie would start with Amitabh Bachchan and end with Chunky Pandey.
You are right Anirban..!!
The Rear Tyre hugger disappears after 0:30
Eagle Eye..!!
Saw the video, looks more like a video of Stuntmania kind of show than a motorcycle ad.

I'm not sure if the people who created this video will like this set of statements of yours. Again, depends how do they take criticism.
Talking from personal experience. Having said a similar thing about one video and the creator(s) haven't like it. :)
The tyre hugger, removed, is not an error, but intentionally done to showcase both options. Having said that, I expected something in sync with the original 220 Fi ad "Aage nikal rahe hain hum, sabsw aage hur kadam", would have been more apt for a bike, which has many first's to its credit in the Indian context!

this is how i expected the 200 NS ad.
i'm not comparing the 200 NS with this off-road king but the TV Commercial.
