Mahindra reveals the details of its motorcycles on its website one day prior to its official launch
300 cc Diablo..!! 125 cc Cevalo..!! Bah..!!
What happened to the tall claim of all these sites and blogs..??
"Mojo" yes sir, that seems to be the name of the 300 cc bike from Mahindra. The details have been made public a few hours today on Mahindra 2 Wheelers website. [It seems the info got out by mistake. The website is currently down]
The engine specs seems to be impressive with a single cylinder, liquid cooled, fuel injected engine with inverted front suspension and monoshock rear. The peak power at 26 Ps and Peak torque at 24 Nm seems impressive.
But looks/styling/asthetics..??
I don't know, right now I am too shocked to give an opinion. Maybe the photograph is not doing justice to the final product. I'll reserve my opinion till I see it in the flesh at tomorrow's official launch.
But one question: If its a single cylinder engine, then why two exhausts?

mojo is radical and different if not sexy-eye-catching...
tech specs are awesome too...
Hi Payeng, as usual again, you are at the edge with your reporting. Super! Thank you.
You put it rightly "right now I am too shocked to give an opinion". Alright, here are my impressions going by the pictures. I think the design is radical. And I must confess on the positive side. Mahindra people have done the hard work of making the bike 'different'. That alone is a significant achievement, leave aside the fact it is a 300cc, first of its kind in the 'new' India and boasts of good performance.
Will wait for your flesh and blood experience :)
Dear friend,
I'm from srilanka and I'm ur big fan, I became a pulser owner because of u.....
Any way this mahindra 300cc bike thing made big noise around and Manny bloggers published that eu designed/china made stupid 250cc bike as mahindra diablo! except you) but finally bike comes out and It's looks like Yamaha srx400 to me!
not bad for a Indian manufacture but so bad for a Italian design, no problem abut 2 exhausts pipes, Honda does it in early 1986 (cb250RS) 250cc 4V 2ex, I'm looking forward to import this one to srilanka and this bike will be a eye catcher thous who fed up with same looking bikes like(pulser, cbz, apache, hunk) -thanks
Looks like another flopp story like kinetic comet.-Rohit
If priced right, the Mojo can be a success. Looks like some concept bike, different design, awkward name, great engine.
But Stallio looks utter flop. I dont think this is an Italian design. They gave it to some desi luna designer(just like hero honda). A TVS Star Sport looks better than this. The CB Twister is lots better.
calling mojo fastest indan bike doesnt make sense..if majority parts/designing is from italy...
stalio engine is like kinetic striker! remember that?
