TVS refreshes it Star City model for 2012.. also makes changes to its corporate logo
Amidst the hype and excitement surrounding the launch of the KTM 200 Duke and the unveiling of the Pulsar 200NS, TVS Motor had officially launched the 2012 update of its Star City model. Wrong timing?
The upgrades/changes are limited to a new dual tone color scheme and slightly redesigned headlamp visor. According to the company press release the bike will come in six new color combinations and the base version ( I am not aware how different is the base version from the ones in the photo ) TVS Star City 110cc starts at Rs. 38,650/- (Ex Showroom Delhi) with a five-year warranty.
According to TVS Motor, under standard test conditions the model gives a mileage of 83.9 km per litre.

It seems to have escaped from everyone’s notice that TVS Motors has slightly redesigned it’s corporate logo. Now there is a blue circle around the letters "TVS". The change in the design was first noticed at the New Delhi Auto Expo in January 2012.

Seriously man, TVS is one company who has the skills, but lack the fire. The Apache and the Star legacy should have been at a completely different level compared to what they are at now. It's only because the products from TVS are not backed up in the right manner neighter by the company or by the sales outlets.... at least that's what I've observed her in NCR.
